Exchange and Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. To maintain the quality standards that we aspire to and to withhold the integrity of our fragrances, we have the following refund and exchange policy in place:

You are to inform us within 5 days of the date of purchase to exchange your perfume. 
To be eligible for an exchange, at least 90 percent of the perfume must remain in the bottle.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your exchange process to be processed. If the price of the requested fragrance is higher than the one previously purchased, the difference would have to be paid by the customer. 

 Any return shipping costs associated with an exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.

The inspection of the perfume box and bottle for eligibility of an exchange will be at our discretion. We shall assess the condition of the product to ensure it complies with our exchange policy.

The product needs to be in an unused condition for the request to be processed. Any tampering of the bottle shall void the exchange request. 
The product needs to be purchased from our website. We shall not offer an exchange if the article is purchased from a third person/reseller.
